1st MRS S LEE’S Master of Illusion – Very promising, well presented puppy dog of 10 months who has a lovely head with correct defined stop and lovely expressive eye, good width of skull with lovely length of neck, well set shoulders and a good depth of chest, nice length of back and tail, excellent bone with lovely bend of stifle and well let down hocks, has excellent front and rear angulation giving him the forward reach and drive to power around the ring whilst also keeping a lovely level topline and balance, moving in harmony with his young handler who showed him to his full potential, could not be denied BOB & BP was pleased to watch him go Puppy Group 3.
2nd MISS J & MISS C DUNLIN’S Thwaitlake Magical Dreams for Jachelm – 8 month old puppy bitch with a nice head and skull, nice length of neck and good front assembly, nice length of back but at this young stage is slightly high on back end over her loin, moved okay but needs to settle in body and strengthen in rear. Well presented.

Quality 16 month old dog with a very nice head and eye and very good front assembly, good length of back and tail, good bend of stifle, moved extremely well, just out moved on the day by 1.

1st MISS R HOLMES’ Thwaitlake Firecracker at Raylisa – Well presented 2 year old bitch of good quality with a nice head but would prefer length of foreface slightly more in proportion with skull, good length of neck, has a very nice chest, well sprung ribs and good length of body and tail with a nice bend of stifle, moved well and was happy to award RBOB
2nd MISS S MARSHALL’S Kirkwood Oliver Twist – 23 month old dog that unfortunately was very unsettled in his surroundings today, being in a noisy hall. He has a lovely head and eye with a good length of neck, would prefer more depth of chest, good length of back when standing but on the move today he was so unsettled he was moving tucked up underneath himself, hopefully with time and more schooling he will be happier in the ring.

1st MR P & MRS R COULBECK’S Scarlett Ribbons Around Beesting – 4 ½ year old bitch with a nice head and eye but would prefer a more defined stop, nice length of neck, good chest and well sprung ribs, good turn of stifle but would prefer slightly more length of back and better front angulation as slightly short in upper arm and would prefer better let down hock. Moved slightly close going away.

1st MS A SELWYN’S Breckamore Black No Sugar – Well coated 10 month old bitch puppy sporting the blackest of coats, good head proportions with well placed stop, ears are set slightly low but well tipped, good length of neck, forechest needs to fill, good front and rear angulation and bend of stifle, would prefer more length of back but has growing time to pull out more yet, very lively and unsettled on the move. BP (did not stay for the Group)

1st MRS J WHITE’S Mejola Fate and Fortune – Quality 21mth old blue merle dog presented to perfection, excellent head planes with nicely rounded muzzle, excellent lip line, bite and dentition, well placed correct stop with lovely well placed almond eye, well set ears that are nicely tipped, used enough, good back skull with excellent length of neck flowing into well set shoulders, excellent depth and fill of chest and correct front and rear angulation, good length of back and tail, good bend of stifle but needs to let down in hock and clear in colour which will come with age. He was slightly unsettled today in the hall which was very noisy but still shows he has excellent movement although the ring size did restrict him being able to get into his stride to show his rear drive and forward reach off to full potential, would love to see him in a larger outdoor ring and with maturity, this dog I feel is top drawer. Today had to settle for RBOB
2nd MRS J & MISS J DIX’ Gemastra Just One Kiss at Treweek – Lovely feminine tri colour bitch of 4 ½ years, good head planes, well placed ears, good length of neck, well placed shoulders with good front angulation and nice fill of chest, lovely length of back with well sprung ribs, good length of tail, good bend of stifle with well let down hocks, moved extremely well in this very good class.

1st MISS D COLLINO’S Imaginist Waxing Lyrical – Lovely quality shaded sable bitch of 5 years old, has the most beautiful feminine head with a nicely rounded foreface, good dentition and lip line, well placed correct stop and lovely dark almond shaped eye with well set ears and good back skull, lovely arch of neck of good length set into really good shoulders, lovely fill of chest, well sprung ribs, good length of back with slight rise over loin and lovely length of tail, correct front and rear angulation, good bend of stifle and well let down hocks, lovely forward reach and drive on the move won her BOB
2nd MRS J WHITE’S Champion Mejola I Am Persuasive JW. – Well presented rich Shaded Sable Dog of 4 ½ years with a lovely head but would prefer more definition of stop, good shaped almond eye, well placed ears used non stop, good length of neck, back and tail but would prefer slightly more length of upper arm, moved well but on the day without the forward reach of 1.

1st MISS GE JACOBS & MR R & MISS W JOHNSON’S Willowthorn Dream Gazer – well presented 8 month old up to size sable/white dog puppy with a good head, dentition and lip line, ears well set and used non stop, good length of neck leading in to well placed shoulders, nice depth of chest, good length of back and tail, lovely bend of stifle, moved really well BP
2nd MRS L WILSON’S Gemshells Onyx Ember – Really sweet tri colour bitch puppy of only just over 6 months of age with blackest of coats, very feminine with a lovely eye and correct stop, needs to fill more in foreface and chest but has a lovely length of neck, back and tail, with really good front and rear angulation. Ears are well set but tips are on the light side at present and need to settle, moved ok.

1st MRS R FRANSHAM’S Sheltysham Bedazzle at Franmead JW – A lovely, well presented 2 year old tri colour bitch with a beautiful correct head and lovely expression, correct eye, well set ears used to perfection, lovely length of neck with well set shoulders, excellent chest correct length of back and tail, excellent front and rear angulation with good bend of stifle, moved really well in class and pushed hard for BOB but was out moved in Challenge RBOB

1st MRS S J WLAKER’S Tooralle’s Matilda – Very pretty 2 year old tri colour bitch, would prefer slightly less stop but overall has a nice head with a lovely eye, neck of good length with nice fill of chest and good front angulation, correct length of back and tail, nice bend of stifle. Moved effortlessly with drive. BOB
2nd MRS R FRANSHAW’S Jontygray Gilt Edged for Franmead JW– well presented Sable dog of 5 years, nice overall shape with a lovely balanced head, well placed correct stop and eye, well placed and well used ears, good length of back and tail with good bend of stifle and well let down hocks, moved well but would prefer more length of upper arm to give the desired front angulation.
