One of my favourite shows on the General Championship Show Circuit. We stayed once again overnight the night before the show as it is a long distance drive for us, this time with Arya and Katie in tow. Our Judge today was Mr Gary Gray who placed Katie 1st Limit Bitch and Arya 3rd in Open Bitch Class behind Ch. Foxearth Fandella (who won the Bitch CC today) and Arya’s litter sister Ch. Brakenhaye Heart and Soul (Lyra) so in excellent company. Lyra was called back in to the Bitch Challenge after Fandella was awarded the Bitch CC and we took the girls around again, then to my surprise our Judge pulled our young Katie (Shandlmain Sofistikate) out and presented her with the Res CC! This gives Katie her Royal Kennel Club stud book number and was lovely as we have only very lightly shown Katie due to campaigning Arya, waiting for Katie to mature more and me having to take life slightly more easy after my heart attack last summer. So proud of Katie.
